Coqtail Hour is a pop-up creative community reclaiming the hours after five. We bring Bay Area creatives together in intimate, intentional evening events, and we're looking for partners who believe in accessibility, community, and creativity.

We don't do sponsorships that feel like sponsorships. When you partner with Coqtail Hour, you're not buying a logo placement, you're becoming part of a community that Bay Area creatives genuinely trust.
Our events are small by design, high-context, and built around real human connection. That means the people in the room are paying attention, not scrolling past. They're makers, artists, designers, writers, musicians, and multidisciplinary creatives aged 20–35 who live in the East Bay and San Francisco, and they remember the brands that showed up for them before anyone else did.

We're open to partnerships across four areas:
VENUES & SPACES
Do you have a gallery, studio, café, bookshop, or event space in the Bay Area or SF? We're looking for homes for our events. Places that feel right, not just available. In exchange, we bring a curated, engaged creative audience through your doors.
BRAND SPONSORS
Whether it's drinks, art supplies, creative tools, or lifestyle products. If your brand is made for people who make things, we want to talk. We offer authentic, integrated presence at our events and across our growing social and digital platforms.
IN-KIND PARTNERS
Not in a position to sponsor monetarily? We welcome in-kind contributions (products, materials, printing, food and drink) and will credit you meaningfully across all event communications.
MEDIA & COMMUNITY PARTNERS
Publications, newsletters, podcasts, or community organizations who want to co-promote, cross-post, or build something together. We're stronger in community than alone.

our honest pitch
We're launching in May 2026. We're not going to pretend we have thousands of followers yet, but we're building something real, in a market with genuine demand, with an audience that doesn't respond to generic marketing.
