Who we are
Coqtail Hour is an Bay Area–based pop-up creative community hosting events, workshops, and gatherings in the Bay Area. We're run by Sama and Jacqueline. Questions about this page can be sent to coqtailhour@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
When you RSVP to an event, follow us on Luma, or fill out one of our interest forms, we collect your name and email address. We use this to send event announcements, community updates, and the occasional newsletter. That's it.
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with third parties for marketing. We use Luma to manage events and email, and Tally to manage interest forms, both of which have their own privacy policies you can review on their respective sites.
If you'd like to be removed from our list at any time, just email us or click unsubscribe in any email we send you
Event photography
We document our events with photos and video for use on social media, our website, and marketing materials. By attending a Coqtail Hour event, you acknowledge that you may be photographed or filmed. If you'd prefer not to be included in any published content, let us know at the event or reach out afterward and we'll remove it.
Event attendance
Coqtail Hour events are held in good faith. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave an event whose behavior is harmful, exclusionary, or makes others feel unsafe. We're building a community based on genuine belonging that only works if everyone who shows up protects it.
Website
This site is for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep event details accurate but encourage you to confirm details via our Luma calendar before attending.
